Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The product is in the same condition as received

 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.


How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, T-Net Africa will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to change of mind or incorrect ordering, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fee.

 


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed on the same day the return is approved, depending on banking timelines.

 


Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund for defective or damaged products.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Warranties

Certain products may include manufacturer warranties.


To claim a warranty:

  • Customers must complete the warranty documentation

  • Submit it together with proof of purchase to the return email address

 

Our team will assist with the warranty process.


 

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions. These will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.
