At T-Net Africa, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery is available to both urban and rural areas.


Shipping Costs

  • Free delivery is available on orders above R1000.

  • For orders below R1000, shipping costs are included in the product price.

  • Customers who choose to collect their orders from a T-Net Africa store will be charged a R50 handling fee.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Urban areas: approximately 2–4 business days

  • Rural areas: approximately 4–6 business days

 

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and supplier processing times.


Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on supplier availability, but every effort is made to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Customers will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.


Courier Services

We partner with trusted courier providers such as Skynet and other reputable courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your delivery progress.


Store Collection

Customers may choose to collect their orders from one of our physical store locations during operating hours.
